Connect your Telegram account, invite people in bulk by username, and set a window of silence after which you automatically leave the groups that have gone quiet.
Drop in usernames one per line or straight out of a spreadsheet. Telegram Control queues them, paces the requests so Telegram stays happy, and tells you exactly who joined, whose privacy settings blocked the invite, and which handles don't exist.
Pick a period. Any group with no human message inside it, you leave automatically. Bot posts, join notices, pinned-message events and forwards from channels never count as activity, so a group kept warm by bots still counts as dead.
Setup takes about two minutes. After that Telegram Control reports each sweep and stays out of the way.
